We offer a full refund (minus the shipping fees) provided the returned product is in its original state & packaging suitable for resale. Scratches or dents will void a full refund. We do not assume responsibility for any damage or loss on the return shipment.
Incorrect Product Shipment
If we have mistakenly shipped the incorrect product, do no try to install the part and contact us immediately and we will have the correct product sent to you immediately. If you require the replacement prior to the original product being returned, the replacement must be purchased and a refund will be issued upon receiving the returned product.
Damaged Product in ShipmentIf you have received a product damaged in shipment, please call (519) 290-5115 immediately. All damages must be reported within 36 hours. Any pictures of noticeable damage to the packaging or product noticed at the time of the delivery will accelerate the return process. All damage claims must be reported and initiated by Chrome Shop Canada.
